Our Process :

At Poly Products every product is manufactured from the scratch. Every single product goes through a wide range of steps before creating the final product that is exported. Understanding the processes will create a clear understanding of the basic features of a company.

• 1. Inception

  Based upon the request placed by the client the designers will design parts using CAD software. At Poly Products, we also offer some of the common designs in the market along with customized designs. The website holds a separate page that allows the customers to design or upload their designs before placing orders. The refined designs are then inspected and sent for creating moulds.

• 2. Mould Construction

  The designs are then brought alive by creating moulds that can be used for manufacturing the original parts through injection moulding techniques. Our designers are well experienced, and they can create the perfect moulds. The design department uses the in-house tool room facility that is equipped with Lathe, EDM sparking, surface grinding machine and CNC milling machines for manufacturing moulds.

• 3.Selection of Raw Material

  The raw materials are mostly purchased, and they are carefully processed in the manufacturing unit. Every production batch goes through a round of certified testing, that we provide to our customers for every order.

• 4. Production

  The moulds are then used for manufacturing the original components through the injection moulding technique. Poly Products use the latest plastic moulding techniques to create different parts at a faster rate. The designers use both plastic injection moulding and blow moulding techniques to produce top quality moulded products. The manufactured parts are top-notch and can be used for a long time. A wide range of Engineering plastics are converted into industrial quality components through these moulding processes.

• 5. Machining

  The manufacturing unit is filled with a wide range of CNC lathe machines and Custom-Built Production Lathe. For the Open well and Surface Pump impellers, Bearing Housings of Submersible Pumps, where critical dimensions require tight tolerances are achieved with the CNC lathe.

• 6. Ultrasonic Welding

  The state-of-the-art welding machines used at Poly Products are of high quality and used for welding plastic components with precision. It uses a high-frequency ultrasonic vibration on the components to create a solid weld between them. The components are tested for weld strength which is done within a test set up designed In -house for all the Series of 3”,4”,6” Pumps, Open well and Surface Pumps.

• 7. Quality Check & Packing

  Every manufactured product is subjected to quality testing for ensuring quality and efficiency. Quality assurance certificates are also offered for certain high-end products. The tested products are then packaged with proper protection.
